My approach
I believe that happy users are the foundation of every successful software product. To create the best possible solutions, I explore the goals the software is meant to achieve and the needs of its users, following a strategy tailored to each case.
It is important to me to include the needs of all stakeholders in my work and to find a holistically satisfactory solution. In addition to the usage requirements, I attach great importance to sounding out the organizational and technical framework conditions as well as existing potential. In particular, this includes considering the opportunities - but also the limits - of using artificial intelligence and environmental aspects.
I hold various degrees and certifications in the fields of media studies, computer science and human-computer interaction. I have a strong technical background and work in a data-driven way.
I am a member of the professional association of German Usability and User Experience Professionals, German UPA.
